Terms & Conditions
1. The Clevertouch Cashback Programme (“the Promotion”) is valid on new purchases of qualifying Clevertouch Interactive Flat Panels (“Qualifying Products”) made during the promotional period as detailed on the Qualifying Products section of this website.
2. The Promotion is open to businesses and organisations operating in the United Kingdom. Purchases of new Qualifying Products must be made from a qualifying UK reseller of Clevertouch products (see Qualifying Resellers). Purchases from auction websites (e.g Ebay) or marketplace purchases through retail websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace or PlayTrade) are specifically excluded from this Promotion. Products bought for rental purposes are excluded from this Promotion.
3. This offer is not open to employees of Clevertouch, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
4. You are eligible to claim for up to 10 Qualifying Products per company or organisation purchased during the Promotional Period. The reward amount you will receive is dependent on the quantity of qualifying purchases made, and not the quantity of old devices being traded in.
5. For claims over 10 units please contact Clevertouch on firstname.lastname@example.org for prior approval.
6. To claim, complete all the details required and upload proof of purchase on www.clevertouch.com/cashback no sooner than 30 (thirty) days and no later than 60 (sixty) days from the date of qualifying purchase as evidenced on the purchase invoice or receipt.
7. The proof of purchase must be an invoice or receipt on headed paper detailing the purchase price, qualifying product purchased, reseller name, logo and date of purchase. Delivery notes are not accepted. For the avoidance of doubt the date on the proof of purchase counts as day one of the claiming timeframe. If claims are submitted before or after this claim window they will be deemed invalid and rejected.
8. In order to recycle your old Interactive Whiteboard(s) free of charge, you must arrange for these to be collected by your reseller or one of their representatives, when installing your Clevertouch Qualifying Product. Installation must be within 30 days of your invoice date (the “Qualifying Trade-in Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the day on which you are invoiced for your Qualifying Product will count as day one (1).
9. Upon receipt of your online claim, the claimant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim submission by email stating whether or not the claim has been successful within 2 working days. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter within five (5) working days of their claim being submitted if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
10. If a claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, an email will be sent requesting the required information within five (5) working days. If no response is received within this five (5) working day period, the claim will be marked as invalid.
11. Provided that the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion have been met, a rebate for the relevant reward amount will be paid to you by bank transfer. Typically payments are made within 30 days of successful validation of your claim. Bank transfers will be made to the organisation only and will not be made to individuals.
12. Online claims must be submitted between 30-60 days from the date of your qualifying purchase. Should the installation date of any qualifying purchases fall outside of the claiming window as outlined in these Terms and Conditions any Interactive Whiteboard will still be recycled free of charge.
13. Products purchased from a qualifying UK reseller utilising any other pricing offer from Clevertouch will be eligible to participate in the Refresh reward Programme. These include Price Exceptions (PE), Deals Registrations (DR) and any other Clevertouch product promotions being provided by Clevertouch.
14. The rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where the Cashback Reward constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
15. All instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. The Cashback Reward will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
16. The return by you of a Qualifying Product to the seller following submission of a claim will disentitle you to the Cashback Reward. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the claim period and if the Cashback Reward has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you must re-submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the product is returned after the Cashback Reward has been paid, it is at Clevertouch discretion to deduct the Cash Back Reward from any future refunds relating to the new product order at any time within 12 months commencing from the date the product was returned.
17. Clevertouch is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise participation in the promotion.
18. Clevertouch reserves the right at any time to investigate and or to audit all claims to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Clevertouch and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Clevertouch promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
19. The decisions of Clevertouch in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
20. Clevertouch reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
